LPCANC Annual Report

Dear LPCANC Members, fellow colleagues and friends of the Association,

On behalf of the 2022 LPCANC Board of Directors,  I am proud to present our annual report! LPCANC has been busy this year serving you in your professional counseling needs. As a member, we want you to know that we are spending your membership monies wisely and for your benefit! 

We want to thank you for entrusting us to be alongside you as you navigate your clinical counseling career from student all the way to retiree.  We are here to support you! Please enjoy the infographic that provides a brief overview of the year and what we accomplished. 

We did a lot! Important legislation passed on our behalf, a name change was decided upon and we had our first in person conference since 2019! As you can see, we have so much to be thankful for in the past year, and 2023 is shaping up to be even more amazing.  Please take a moment and read our year in review!

State Funded Clinical Coverage Policy Assertive Engagement (AE) and State Funded Clinical Coverage Policy Comprehensive Case Management (CCM) have posted for a 10-day public comment period. These policies may be accessed at, Proposed Medicaid and NC Health Choice Policies
